A Perspective on Handling Everything from Relatives and Coworkers to Traffic and Tech Troubles

You know those moments when you're squeezing your lips together and clenching your fists to avoid letting out the scream that's inside you? It's the little things in life. The computer program that refuses to cooperate just before a deadline. The toothpaste that squirts all over your shirt on a date night. The phone call with customer service that takes three tries to find the right sequence of numbers that will get you to the department you're after.

Think about the last time you had a crappy day. When all the little annoyances added up. You felt frustrated and pissed off, and your ability to take constructive action diminished.

Now imagine if you were able to access a calmer, more empowered frame of mind in the midst of that crappy day. You'd feel better and you'd be able to take effective action to improve the situation.
